Cooking with Cornflakes - Part 3
Decided to make something for snacking this time, using the rescued cornflakes 😆

If you don't have corn syrup, you can substitute it with honey, but you may want to reduce the amount of sugar, else it may end up to be too sweet.
Sharing with you my mistake: I should have used a smaller baking tray to shape the cornflake bars, cos mine ended up more spread out and thus wasn't as high as the photos shown in the recipe, but it still tasted good.
